It's OFFICIAL...

I am now a LICENSED ZUMBA INSTRUCTOR!!!!!! I wanted to share this special news with you all. Just a brief background: I've been taking Zumba classes for 4 years going as a student and was motivated this year to become an instructor. I have been dancing since preschool and used to dance competitively in upper elementary and high school. Now I enjoy dancing as a hobby and this year, I thought it would be great to spread my love for it through teaching! I already love teaching kids (as you know hehe) so this is one big bonus to be able to teach dance to others. I spent yesterday dancing from 9AM-6PM (crazy intense) and was granted my license! I am not quite ready to teach my own class yet; I am hoping by April. Until then, I will be busy memorizing/perfecting my choreography and plan on teaching at the gym I currently go to in Hopkins. If you know of any gyms or studios that are looking for dance instructors, please let me know! :D
